Returns & Refunds


We want you to be confident with your purchase.
Change of mind
- Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the
product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping costs are non refundable. 
Faulty or defective items
- If your product has a manufacturing fault, contact us at info@thethirdarm.com.au with
proof of purchase and photos.
- We will organise repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law
or New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Exclusions
- We cannot accept returns for products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse,
modification, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty


We stand by the quality of The Third Arm™. All mounts are covered by a 12-month
warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of
purchase.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials or workmanship
What is not covered
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow instructions
- Use of the product for anything other than securing spirit levels
- Modifications or alterations
- Overloading or exceeding your vehicle or roof rack manufacturer’s recommended weight
limits
- Normal wear and tear
Our commitment
If your product is found to be defective under normal use, we will repair or replace it at our
discretion.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and, for
New Zealand customers, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
