By purchasing The Third Arm™, you agree to the following:

Safe use
- Installation must follow the instructions provided.
- All fixings must be checked and tightened every 1000 km or sooner if travelling on rough
terrain.
- Only use The Third Arm™ for securing spirit levels. Do not modify or adapt the mount.
- Always check your vehicle and roof rack manufacturer’s load limits and guidelines.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Third Arm™ is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons, property, or
vehicles arising from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow
instructions.
- Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product.

Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer
Law or, for New Zealand customers, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
